Double Brew Day

IMG_0107

My first beer was a success, it has been kegged and tastes pretty good if I do say so myself. Today I attempted a double brew day. I picked up an extract kit to brew along with a zombie dust clone which I have dubbed "Where's Carl"... as we know from season 2 of the walking dead, he's not in the house.

It has been 3 weeks since my first brew day, in that time I have picked up a banjo burner from GF.

Alefest Kolsch

First we start the brew day by enjoying a homebrew. This is the belgian blond that I brewed on my first brew day.

Where's Carl

Zombie dust is hard to acquire in central Indiana. I decided I would attempt to make my own version of this Citra bomb.

6oz of Citra! This is my 3rd beer and 1st that I have had to dry hop.
